Accounting & Audit Department Specialist

ATLAS Consulting IKE is looking for an active and positive person to join the Accounting and Audit Department.

Candidate Profile

University degree in accounting.
Preferred experience of 2 to 7 years in an accounting position with similar duties.
Experience in using public websites (EFKA & GSIS).
Professional license (class A or B).
Very good command in spoken and written English
Strong computer skills (MS Office).
Driving license is desirable

Key Job Responsibilities

Daily data entry in second and third class accounting books and documents control.
Monitoring bank transactions, cash flow and issuing payment orders.
Making entries in the accounting books for payments, receipts, payables and receivables.
Daily ERP (Epsilonet) management.
Filing of documents.
Customers – suppliers deal.
Daily, monthly and annual reports conduction to management and customers information
Participation in the preparation of financial statements.
Working with accounting team members to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Contribution in tax returns and forms preparation.
Fulfilment of procedures and communication with public services (DHO, EFKA, GEMI, etc.).

Required Qualification Skills

Ability to properly organize time and tasks, with orderliness and adherence to the company’s internal procedures.
Capability to pay attention to detail.
Have excellent communication skills, ability to clientele support in Greek and English and professional management in service.
Kind person, willing for a long term collaboration.
Person who enjoys teamwork and blossom with a polite attitude.
Ability to read laws, circulars and apply them in daily life.
Ability to plan, meet deadlines and deliver high quality service.
