Payroll & HR Officer
ATLAS Consulting IKE is looking for an active and positive person to join the Payroll and HR Department.
Candidate Profile
-
University degree in economics – accounting.
-
Working experience of 3 – 7 years in payroll data management of a company or tax -accounting firm.
-
Very good and updated knowledge of labour and insurance legislation.
-
Factual knowledge and perceived familiarity of Epsilonet payroll related programs.
-
Fulfilled military obligations (for men).
-
Excellent command in spoken and written English
-
Recent work relevant to the payroll field
-
Strong computer skills (MS Office).
Key Job Responsibilities
-
Conducting an integrated payroll system (processing of payroll data, payroll calculation, issuing and submitting payroll tax returns and monthly tax returns, etc.).

Employee management (recruitment, departure, dismissal, contract termination, changes in employment relations, etc.).
-
Monitoring employment contracts.
-
Conducting payroll reporting
-
Supporting processes, archiving, communication with external parties.
-
E-submission of forms to public organisations (Ergani, OAED, EFKA).
-
Issuance and record keeping (accounting articles, payroll, payroll statements, APA, FMS).

Ability to properly organize time and tasks, with orderliness and adherence to the company’s internal procedures.

Capability to pay attention to detail.

Have excellent communication skills, ability to clientele support in Greek and English and professional management in service.

Kind person, willing for a long term collaboration.

Person who enjoys teamwork and blossom with a polite attitude.

Ability to read laws, circulars and apply them in daily life.

Ability to plan, meet deadlines and deliver high quality service.
